Verification
Verification is a standard banking procedure for confirming the identity of a client. Its purpose is to ensure the proper level of protection for your funds and your Personal Account. In addition, only verified clients get a full range of services from the company.
To pass verification you need:
- Fill in all the fields in the profile in the Trader’s Room.
- Verify your mobile phone number and email address provided during registration.
- Upload color scanned copies of documents confirming the method of depositing the account and the data you specified in your profile.
1. A document confirming the personal data specified in the profile. It can be any identity document containing a photo, such as a passport, a driver's license or an ID card.
2. Confirmation of the selected deposit method.
*Many traders prefer to open a deposit using a bank card. In this case, it should belong to you personally. If you use another person's card, you must also provide a copy of documents confirming his identity.
The front of the card should have:
The signature should be visible on the back of the card (if it is missing, you need to put it). CVV code should be closed.
*If the card is not named, you must also provide a bank statement with the details of your card account and confirmation that you are the cardholder.
*If you deposit your account via Qiwi, Yandex and other electronic payment systems, the following copies must be provided:

- the cardholder’s name
- card expiration date
- the first 4 and last 4 digits of the card number.

*If the card is not named, you must also provide a bank statement with the details of your card account and confirmation that you are the cardholder.
*If you deposit your account via Qiwi, Yandex and other electronic payment systems, the following copies must be provided:
- Screenshot with virtual card details (full card number)
- Screenshot of funds transfer to your trading account in Build-Capital (receipt and statement)
The Company, at its discretion, may additionally request a document confirming the address of the main place of residence. This can be either a passport page with a residence permit or a utility bill that was paid no earlier than three months prior to sending the documents for verification and containing the full name and actual address of the residence.
Verification of a trading account, as a rule, takes no more than 72 hours from the moment of receipt of all the documents, provided that all necessary requirements are fulfilled.
Verification is required to get a full-fledged service, trade, and withdraw funds.
You can verify your account in your personal account in the profile settings section, where you can upload all the necessary documents confirming your identity and address of residence.
